Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using neurofiy.com. The aggregate liability of neurofiy.com to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or any inability to use any portion of the Service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

neurofiy.com makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate, reliable, or complete; or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless neurofiy.com, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
